Strides.

Busy day at work today between trying to move stuff into the new office and planning for the Florida trip next week… on top of capturing all my footage from last week AND trying to transfer all of our files to a new external…

I DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO THESE THINGS!

But I’m learning.

I also lifted heavy and did cardio intervals at the gym this morning, so I’m feelin pretty good on day 6 of the whole30.

Last night was kind of rough… went to Target and stared longingly at clothing… specifically clothing I’ve decided will absolutely not look good on me unless I’m a small or x-small.

Healthy, I know. Normally I would binge/purge… but I talked it through with the boy instead. Progress!

      haha thanks! I don’t know if it applies anymore with how much meat I’m eating doing this paleo thing… but I still do a LOT of fish and love my veggies.
      Besides, don’t wanna change it now! 😉
