Miami was amazing. I had so much fun on our babymoon. We had no itinerary, it was super relaxing, and it was awesome to just spend time together without worrying what had to be done next.
I’m super exhausted and don’t feel like writing a whole hell of a lot, so I’m going to let the pictures speak for themselves.
No bump picture this week, but I’ll try to post one soon… I’ve been too tired for selfies!
Bumpdate – 18 Weeks
Total weight gain: Haven’t weight myself since last week, but I’d say it’s safe to assume I’ve gained another .5 – 1lb maybe.
Stretch marks?: No, but I got sunburned!
Maternity clothes: Nothing new… wore almost everything this weekend, but you can’t really see clothes in the pictures we took. Whoops.
Baby Stuff: Got an adorable newborn cap with a []_[] to take BS Baby home from the hospital in, plus a pack of 6-9mo UM onesies
Belly Button in or out?: Totally still in
Sleep: Daylight Saving Time is really screwing me up, and we pulled some late nights on vacation, but overall decent.
Best moment this week: Babymoon!
Worst moment this week: Turning the clocks forward and having to come home without TJ
Miss Anything? Sleeping on my back
Movement: A few fluttery popcorn moments here and there
Food cravings: Starburst jellybeans, french fries, frozen fruit bars, fruit smoothies, chips, pistachios
Aversions: Most meat (chicken especially), cooked vegetables
Have you started to show yet: Yes; and strangers are finally starting to comment! And I had to dig a little hole in the sand to lay on my belly at the beach.
Symptoms: Round Ligament Pain, mild headaches, fatigue and lots of peeing.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Pretty moody, but trying to be happy!
Workouts: Loving TRX at Sandbox Fitness and Barre at CardioBarre, but still running and doing regular stuff at the gym. Got to get in an hour at the UM Wellness Center which was a very strange and nostalgic workout.
What I’m reading: Just finished Turnaround Bright Eyes by Rob Sheffield… Girl on the Train is up next.
Looking forward to: TJ coming home tonight. Running LA Marathon as a half relay this Sunday.
Great pictures……I’m so happy you were able to meet up with Matt and Lindsey. Also glad you had such a wonderful time.
So glad that your pregnancy is going well. My lil’ cub took me on a roller coaster ride – More downs than ups, but it was all worth it… I can’t wait for our little Emerson Bear to meet his Auntie Sam! Also, much love and luck for a wonderful LA 1/2. xoxo
Thanks Shancy! So happy he’s finally here and healthy!!! I can’t wait either 🙂
